Who can see it
Your details are seen by the people who quote for and carry out your job, and each sees only what they need. Your information is held in customer, email and messaging systems provided by service companies who are contractually bound to keep it secure.
Only with your OK do Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record how visitors use our website. Neither can see anything you enter in our forms.
We don't sell your details or share them with other companies for their marketing. Beyond the people above, we share them only if the law says we must.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for 6 years, enquiries or quotes that don't lead to a job for 6 years, and before and after photos for 6 years. Before and after photos are covered in section 9 of our turf laying terms.
Your rights
You're entitled to a copy of the details we hold on you, to have them corrected or deleted, to object to how they're handled and to withdraw consent to being contacted. Email info@newcastleturfing.co.uk or use our contact form.
If something has gone wrong with how we've treated your information, let us know first so we can sort it out. You can also take a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office through ico.org.uk.
